1. Information on the Right to Cancel the Contract

Right to withdraw from the contract

The buyer—as a consumer—has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer (other than the carrier) takes delivery of the goods.

When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the buyer is required to notify the seller by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., via email or letter).

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal from the contract, the seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs if the buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered).

The payment will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their shipment.

The payment will be refunded using the same method used for the original payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The buyer is required to return the goods or hand them over to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain their characteristics and functionality.

2. Exceptions to Withdrawal from the Contract

The consumer may not withdraw from the contract in the case of:

goods manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements

goods made to measure

goods intended specifically for a single customer

goods that are subject to rapid deterioration

goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

 

3. Complaint Form 

The buyer may file a complaint:

by email

in writing

by sending the goods to the seller’s address

The complaint must include:

the buyer’s first and last name

order number

a description of the defect

date of receipt of the goods

proposed resolution of the complaint

The seller will process the complaint within 30 days of its submission.

Return Form

- You must pack the goods so that they are not damaged in any way during
transport
- Return the goods undamaged, unused, and complete, including the original packaging, so that their

resale value is not

reduced IF THE GOODS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT, I AM AWARE THAT

THE SELLER IS NOT OBLIGED TO REFUND MY MONEY WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE of

delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE

THE RETURNED GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THEM, OR I CANNOT PROVE THAT I SENT THESE

GOODS TO THE SELLER.
