Privacy Policy and Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Purpose of processing

The client provides personal data voluntarily, in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. and the GDPR. The controller processes the following personal data: first and last name, email address, phone number, and address for the purpose of:

processing orders and delivering goods

issuing documents and for accounting purposes

communication regarding orders and services

2. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

The controller may disclose personal data only to necessary third parties, such as:

a courier or postal service (name, address, phone number)

an accountant (for accounting purposes only)

Data for marketing and advertising purposes is processed only with the client’s separate consent.

3. Consent to Marketing

The client consents to receiving commercial offers, news, and information about the operator’s products via email or SMS. This consent is voluntary and separate from the processing of the order.

4. Client’s Rights

The client has the right:

access their data

to correct or supplement their data

to have their data erased (“right to be forgotten”)

to restrict the processing of data

to data portability

to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection

Withdrawal of consent may be made in writing or by email. Upon withdrawal of consent, the controller will delete the data unless its retention is necessary for contractual or legal purposes.

5. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for the duration of:

order fulfillment and delivery of goods

accounting and tax obligations (at least 10 years as required by law)

marketing consent until consent is revoked

6. Liability

The operator is not responsible for the content or data protection of third parties accessed by the client through the operator’s website or services.
