The contest period is set for the period

from September 17, 2021, to October 17, 2021

The winners of the contest will be drawn the day after the contest ends—October 18, 2021; their names and initials will be listed below the post

 

III. Contest Participants


Participants in the “Blubery Handbag Contest”
must be individuals over the age of 18 with permanent residence in Slovakia or the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “contestants” or “contest participants”)

All those who meet these conditions will be automatically entered into the drawing. One winner will be selected.

 

IV. Contest Rules

Conditions
for Participation in the Contest
1. Only participants listed in Section III may enter the contest.

2. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees, in the event of a win, to the processing and publication of their data in accordance with these rules.

3. Any person who meets all the conditions for participation in the contest during the contest period specified in Section III of these rules will be entered into the prize draw

 

VI. Announcement of Contest Results

1. The contest drawing will take place the day after the contest ends

and the contest winner will be selected in accordance with the contest terms and conditions

Consent to the Disclosure of Data In the event of a win, the contest participant hereby consents, pursuant to Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, to the processing of personal data, specifically their first name, last name (initials) for the purpose of publishing information about the prize on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Bluberysk
