Return Policy
1. Liability for Defects
The seller is liable for defects in the goods at the time of their acceptance by the buyer and for defects that arise during the warranty period.
For used items, the seller is not liable for defects caused by their use or wear and tear.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for new goods is 24 months and begins on the date the goods are taken over by the buyer.
For used goods, the warranty period may be shortened, but not to less than 12 months, if the seller and buyer expressly agree to this.
If a shelf life is specified on the product, its packaging, or in the instructions, the warranty period does not end before the expiration of this period.
A proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is sufficient to file a claim.
3. Filing a Claim
The buyer may file a claim:
in writing,
by email,
or by sending the goods to the seller’s address.
The buyer is required to provide:
their contact information,
the order number or proof of purchase,
a description of the product defect.
4. Complaint Resolution Procedure
If the product has a defect that can be remedied, the buyer is entitled to have it remedied free of charge, in a timely manner, and properly.
Instead of repair, the buyer may request replacement of the goods or a replacement part, provided this does not incur unreasonable costs for the seller.
The seller may replace the defective goods with new ones instead of repairing them, provided this does not cause significant inconvenience to the buyer.
If the defect cannot be remedied and prevents the proper use of the goods, the buyer has the right:
have the goods replaced,
or to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
In the case of other irreparable defects, the buyer has the right to a reasonable price reduction.
5. Deadline for Handling the Complaint
The seller is obligated to resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date it is filed, unless the seller and the buyer agree on a longer period.
6. Final Provisions
These Complaint Procedures are an integral part of the seller’s terms and conditions.
The seller reserves the right to amend them. Any amendment takes effect on the date of its publication on the seller’s website.
These Complaint Rules are effective as of January 1, 2026.
